Wed, 5 December 2007 I love the back of the pit. Plenty of room to groove, to dance, and as a bonus, you meet the coolest people there. One of many personal highlights from the shows I attended this past fall was meeting Ralph and his buddy Skip cutting the rug in the back of the pit in Detroit. Great good luck landed me next to them just as the house lights went down. We had a blast- danced our asses off- ending the night with an Irish jig during American Land. In this podcast episode, Ralph shares a great story from the 1980 Portland "On Top of Old Smoky" show. Rock On, brother, and I look forward to dancing with you again!Comments[0] |
